The correct inclination for the operation is at 45\u00b0 in order to avoid wine leakage due to internal pressure.<\/p>\r\n<p>When the cork pushes, continuing to hold it tight, gently remove it without making a bang!\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Hold the position for a few seconds, and then you can serve your sparkling wine, preferably always keeping the bottle at the base and avoiding resting your neck on the edge of the glass.
