PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the data controller’s headquarters and is managed only by technical staff from the department responsible for processing, or by those assigned to occasional maintenance operations.

No data from the web service is communicated or spread. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material, responses, or service offers are used only for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.

Personal data provided by users for subscription to commercial information services related to the Data Controller’s products or services (via website, email, newsletter, etc.) or by mail are used solely to carry out the requested service and shared only when needed. The legal basis is the user’s consent via the appropriate checkboxes.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation Data

The systems and software used on this website acquire certain personal data during normal operation. These are not collected to identify users, but could allow identification through processing and association with third-party data (e.g., IP addresses, domain names, URIs, request times, response size, etc.).

These data are used only for anonymous statistics and site performance checks and are deleted immediately after processing. They may be used to identify cybercrimes.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

Sending emails to addresses on the website leads to acquisition of the sender’s address (necessary for response) and any other data in the message. Specific summaries may be shown on service-related pages.

Newsletter Data

Subscribing to the commercial newsletter implies acquisition of the email and/or physical address, required for sending communications, as well as any personal data in the subscription request.

PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data are processed using automated tools only for the time needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful use, or unauthorized access.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU AND PROFILING

Your data may be transferred outside the EU with technological partners. If transferred to non-EU/EEA countries not deemed “adequate” by the EU, tools under Article 45 of the GDPR and supplementary measures will be applied. Data will not be subject to profiling.

DATA STORAGE

Personal data will be stored for no longer than 24 months unless otherwise specified.

Commercial data are kept until the user unsubscribes, which is possible via a link in each email. In any case, not more than 10 years from registration.

Data processed for contractual reasons are kept for 10 years unless exceptional reasons justify an extension.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of their data, verify accuracy, request updates, rectification, deletion, anonymization, or objection (EU Reg. 2016/679). They can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
