Our Plus proposal, if we have good weather, starts with a walk in the vineyard to see the centennial vines that still bear fruit, admiring the landscape and the hills in their beauty. We go back to the cellar for a brief introduction into the history of the winery explaining the vinification techniques used to obtain the Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wines. A short stop along the bottling line gives us the opportunity to see the processing of the final products. The tour ends in our comfortable tasting room with the tasting of 5 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG in different versions, paired with a plate of cold meats and soft cheese from the local area in order to enhance the characteristics of the wines.
