This year, for the first time, Drusian will take part in Taste, the Pitti Immagine fair that for over twenty years has showcased the very best of Italian and international food and wine production. A meaningful debut for the winery founded in 1988 by Francesco Drusian in the heart of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Hills, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, marking a new step in its dialogue with the worlds of fine dining, quality retail, and discerning lovers of taste.
Scheduled from 7 to 9 February 2026 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence, the event is recognized as one of the most authoritative gatherings dedicated to food lifestyle, where craftsmanship, research, identity, and a contemporary vision come together in a collective narrative of selected excellence. Participation in Taste is reserved for companies chosen through a rigorous selection curated by Pitti Immagine, rewarding those that stand out for quality, coherence, and authenticity.
The winery will be present in the Central Pavilion, Ground Floor – Stand O/5, with a space dedicated to the tasting of its Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wines, conceived as a place for meeting and exchange, where the story of the territory, the work in the vineyard and cellar, and the evolution of a history deeply rooted in tradition can be shared while engaging with the present.
“Being at Taste for the first time means entering a context that shares our same attention to raw materials, respect for timing, and artisanal care”, says Francesco Drusian. “It is a valuable opportunity to meet professionals, operators, and enthusiasts of the sector in an environment that speaks the language of quality”.
Over the three days of the event, visitors will be able to taste a selection of Drusian wines, expressions of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene Hills and of the winery’s most recent projects, in an ongoing dialogue between tradition, research, and identity.
With its participation in Taste 2026, Drusian brings to Florence not only its wines, but a story shaped by territory, time, and authenticity, joining a context that celebrates taste as culture, experience, and vision. We look forward to welcoming you!
