The collaborations of Drusian with restaurants are back!
Today we offer you a delicious dish from the „L’Eccellenza“ restaurant in Valenza (AL), accompanied by our Spumante Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut sparkling wine.
It is a crispy red shrimp wrapped in bacon. Here are the ingredients and the simple steps to bring this dish back to your home:
Ingredients for 1 person:
– 2 shelled red prawns from Mazara;
– 2 slices of bacon;
– Butter to taste
– brandy to taste
Procedure:
Shell the prawns and wrap them in a slice of bacon previously baked in the oven.
Put a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and start browning the two prawns on all sides. When they are well browned, deglaze with aged brandy.
Plating:
After the brandy has evaporated, place the prawns on the plate with the sauce reduction on top.
