Our Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut is produced from 100% Glera grapes. They are grown in our hillside vineyards and harvested exclusively by hand.
The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, according to the Martinotti Charmat method. The prise de mousse occurs slowly and at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. We use only selected native yeasts.
The result is an elegant sparkling wine, characterized by a fine perlage.
At the nose, you can find notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers. It tastes lean and compact and it leaves the palate clean and refreshed. Valdobbiadene Brut is excellent with fish, fresh cheese and vegetables.
