Our Valdobbiadene DOCG Millesimato Dry is produced from 100% Glera grapes, selected in our hillside vineyards. The harvest is exclusively manual. The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, according to the Martinotti Charmat method. The prise de mousse occurs slowly and at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. We use only selected native yeasts. The result is an elegant sparkling wine, characterized by a fine perlage.
Mirroring the nose, the slightly sweet, creamy palate tastes of Golden apple, pear, white peach and citrus. It is well-suited to special occasions.
