Well-balanced and fruity, Extra Dry is probably the most popular style among the sparklers. Our Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry is produced from 100% Glera grapes, harvested exclusively by hand on our hillside vineyards.
The base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, according to the Martinotti Charmat method. The prise de mousse occurs slowly and at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. We use only selected native yeasts. The result is an elegant sparkling wine, characterized by a fine perlage.
Creamy and fragrant, the lightly sparkling palate makes our Extra Dry the ultimate aperitif. It is also the perfect companion for pasta with vegetables, fish dishes and savoury cakes.
