Grapes: 100% Glera
Harvesting time: grapes are hand-picked from the beginning of September
Production zone: hills of Valdobbiadene, DOCG area
Soil: clay and limestone (called “Salìs” by locals)
Climate: Mediterranean, cool
Vinification: white wine process with soft pressing. Yield: 70%

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: straw yellow colour.
Nose: pleasantly fruity and floral.
Palate: fresh and intense.
Pairings: it pairs well with all courses, especially with fish.
Serving suggestions: serve at a temperature of 10-12°C (50-54°F).
Storage: keep in a cool and dry place away from light and heat, at a temperature of 15-20°C (59-68°F). Do not leave the bottles in the refrigerator for a long time.
