Vinification: light pressing of the red grapes without maceration on the skins
Fermentation: secondary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, according to the Martinotti Charmat method. Duration: 120/150 days
Appearance: bright pink colour. Fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: notes of forest fruit, especially blackberry, redcurrant and strawberry.
Palate: delicate and charming at the same time. Fresh and lively.
Pairings: perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal together with fish dishes.
Serving suggestions: serve at a temperature of 5-7°C (41-45°F).
Storage: keep in a cool and dry place away from light and heat, at a temperature of 15-20°C (59-68°F) in a vertical position. Do not leave the bottles in the refrigerator for a long time.
